Once dispatched, the standard transit window is 5 to 7 business days across metro cities and major districts across India. For remote locations or regional zones, delivery may take an additional 1–2 working days depending on local courier logistics.
We offer Complimentary Express Delivery on all orders valued at ₹1,999 or above. Orders below ₹1,999 incur a modest flat shipping fee of ₹99 anywhere in India.
We partner with trusted express couriers including Delhivery to ensure safe, secure transit. You will receive an automated SMS and WhatsApp update with your live tracking AWB link as soon as your shipment is dispatched.
The Paalav Studio (H.P enterprise) guarantees dispatch within the specified 24–48 hour window. While transit delays caused by extreme weather, regional disruptions, or courier operational backlogs are beyond our direct control, our client support team will actively coordinate with the logistics hub to expedite delivery on your behalf.
